Production in a climate-controlled facility maintains the quality of the components by reducing exposure to the elements and allows for high levels of quality and cost control.

They are comfortable year round and cost less to heat and cool over time. In addition to saving time and to controlling cost, the production process is very efficient with construction material. Time – Your home can be engineered and built in our new facility in several days. Once at the site your home can be erected and made weather tight in just a few days. Our experience with our single-family homes to date is that it takes four days to erect the house once the foundation plate is ready. Total time to finish the house has been about 14-16 weeks. In addition, costly delays due to weather, sub-contractor scheduling, materials delivery and other elements of on-site “stick built” construction are significantly diminished or eliminated.

Cost – The direct cost of construction is controlled through the efficiency of the building process. In addition, the costs incurred through weather delays, material delivery delays, and sub-contractor scheduling delays are reduced or eliminated. The reduced duration of construction also allows for efficient use of investment dollars. The intangible costs and frustrations of long duration construction projects and the consequent unforeseen delays, quality problems, and costs are also reduced with this method of building.

Design – Whether you use one of our designs, or use your own design, this system allows you to build your dream. We will work with you, your designer, or your architect to develop the plans that you want. Then we will turn those plans into your home.
